A new co-publisher also appeared \u2014 since then, along with the Bialystok branch of the Polish Historical Society, the journal has been publishing the Siberian Memorial Museum. No wonder \u2014 one of the tasks set by the Museum is discovering and popularizing knowledge about the history of the former eastern territories of the Republic of Poland. Despite many changes, one thing remained: the formula of the borderland letter open to discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first issue of the old \u2014 new &#8220;Bulletin&#8221; was dedicated to Jan Jerzy Milewski, PhD \u2014 the originator of the magazine and a long-time editor. As the members of PTH argued years ago, a magazine was needed to present the latest research on the Polish-Lithuanian-Belarusian border. We managed to recruit historians from Vilnius, Minsk and Brest. To this day, most of them actively participate in creating subsequent issues of the &#8220;Bulletin&#8221;. As editor, Milewski, PhD was replaced by Wojciech \u015aleszy\u0144ski, PhD, but the first editor and creator of &#8220;BHP&#8221; is still present in the magazine as an author of texts and a member of the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the nineteenth issue of \u201cBiuletyn Historii Pogranicza\u201d (\u201cthe Borderland History Bulletin\u201d), as well as in the previous ones, articles, source materials and polemical texts are presented; the chronicle setting down the conferences is rich, as is the review section. Most of the texts have been illustrated. As always, the magazine&#8217;s pages include articles by historians from Lithuania and Belarus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Borderline History Bulletin&#8221; No. 19 can be bought here: <a
