The situation on the areas in 1919-1920 has been written by: Mika\u0142aj Siemienczyk, Waldemar Rezmer, Wojciech \u015aleszy\u0144ski, Andrej Czerniakiewicz. Furthermore, Diana Maksimiuk discussed some unknown documents related to The Department of Corrections of Bialystok after the city regained its independence in 1919.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Krzysztof Buchowski discusses the Polish-Lithuanian relations in 1920. For those interested in scientific life, we propose a series of short conference reports and information about books, in a different extent concerning the eastern border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBiuletyn
